We are the only local Commercial Radio Station servicing the needs of Namibia’s Central Coastal Region.
West Coast FM has an easy-listening selection of music ranging from the latest to the greatest hits which has made WCFM the popular choice for the economically active West Coast audience. Also catering for the youth West Coast FM aims to secure the quality of music as well as the message delivered to young people in the community.
We now also produce top quality and cost-effective radio advertisements for companies interested in the radio advertising market and our new production studio is also available for the recording of artists and sound production.
We cover Community Projects based at the Coast as well as entertaining events in and around the Coast. In terms of programming, live shows include topics ranging from actuality, sport, news and education to weather, traffic, health, entertainment as well as news bulletins. We also produce a selection of health and safety programs as well as personal upliftment programs, all with a local content.
West Coast FM offers very popular outside broadcasting at local events – a perfect opportunity to get your name out to the important coastal market segment.
Through an active marketing campaign to broaden our listenership, as well as recently launched frequency in Walvis Bay on 106.9 FM, we are rapidly growing, day by day.
